The film your clients can’t make, added to the service you already sell.

If you plan weddings, produce events, lead programs, or guide families through farewells, you already stand at the moment everyone wishes they had captured. One link collects a short video from each guest; you hand your client the finished film.

Who this fits

  • Wedding planners and celebrants: guest messages gathered before the day, delivered as a film after it.
  • Event producers and MCs: the recap and the crowd’s own words, without chasing anyone afterwards.
  • Reunion, retreat, and program organizers: the group’s story told by the group, collected while everyone is still together.
  • Funeral directors and memorial celebrants: a quiet way for far-away friends to contribute, on their own time, in their own words.

Why it fits a professional

  • Costs are known before you quote: $0.35 per video received, or a flat bundle covering up to 10, 25, or 50 videos.
  • A collection that gets no responses is charged nothing, so an offer that doesn’t land costs you nothing.
  • Contributors record in the browser: no app, no account, on any phone or laptop. Nothing for you to support.
  • One film, stitched in the order you choose, once you unlock. No editor, no timeline.

How it runs inside your service

1

Create the collection for the event

Two minutes in your account. Write the prompt the way you brief anything else: what to say, how long, and where the film will be shown.

2

Put the link where the guests already are

The invitation, the group chat, the program email. It is one more line in messages you were sending anyway.

3

Clips arrive while you do the real work

Each video lands in the collection as it is recorded. No files to chase, no inbox of attachments.

4

Deliver the film with your name on the delivery

Pick the order, unlock, and hand your client the finished film and every individual clip in full quality.

Straight answers for professionals

Is there a partner program to join?

Not yet. Today you use videos.me the way any creator does: make a collection for a client event, pay per video received or buy a bundle, and deliver the film as part of your service. There is nothing to apply for and no minimum volume.

Can I run collections for clients under my own business?

Yes. The collection lives in your account, you write the invitation, and you control the link. Your client relationship stays yours; how you price the film into your package is up to you.

Is the film white-labeled?

No, and we would rather you know before you promise a client otherwise. Your videos are never watermarked, every finished film closes with the videos.me end slate, and the pages contributors record on carry a small powered-by-videos.me line. That is the whole footprint.

What does an event cost me?

Pay as you go charges $0.35 per video actually received, so ten videos costs $3.50 and twenty costs $7. Bundles cover up to 10, 25, or 50 videos at a flat price if you would rather quote a fixed cost. A collection that gets no responses is charged nothing, so the cost follows what your guests actually send rather than how many you invite.

Do the guests need an account or an app?

No. Contributors record in the browser on any phone or laptop. You are the only one who needs an account.

Can I get the individual clips as well as the film?

Yes. Every unlocked clip is watchable and downloadable on its own in full quality, alongside the stitched film.

Run it on your next event.

Two minutes to set up, free to create, and nothing to pay until videos arrive.
